SHIPPING PROCESS
Each order placed requires 1-2 business days to process (picking and packing). After this processing time, the order will be shipped out. Our warehouse is located in Las Vegas, Nevada (USA orders) or Surrey, BC (CAN orders.) During peak season (Nov to Jan), orders can take slightly longer to process.
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We are not open on the weekends.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?
Each order requires in 1-2 business days to process. Processing times can be longer during peak season (Nov-Jan). After this, your order will be handed off to the shipping carrier for shipment.
Orders are picked up by carriers Monday-Friday. Transit times from when your order ships out of our warehouse to delivery in your region depend on your location and shipping method, usually 2 to 10 business days. Please check your tracking link for the most accurate estimate.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO A MILITARY ADDRESS OR P.O. BOX?
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY?
Packages will be left by the third-party shipper at the delivery address. Please ensure shipping address is secure as we are not responsible for stolen packages.
TRACK MY ORDER
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes:
- Your order details
- A tracking number
- A link to track your shipment
